How To Install FormSafe On Your Website
  • Download Gravity Forms and FormSafe
    1. First, you will need to download and install Gravity Forms on your WordPress website. You can do this by going to the Gravity Forms website and purchasing a license. Once you have a license, you can download the plugin from your account area.
    2. Next, you will need to download and install the FormSafe plugin. You can do this by going to the FormSafe website and purchasing a license. Once you have a license, you can download the plugin from your account area.
  • Install Gravity Forms and FormSafe
    1. Log in to your WordPress website and go to the Plugins page. 
    2. Click on the “Add New” button and then click on the “Upload Plugin” button. 
    3. Choose the Gravity Forms plugin file that you just downloaded and click “Install Now”. 
    4. Once the plugin has been installed, click on the “Activate” button to activate it. 
    5. Repeat the above steps for the FormSafe plugin.
  • Install Gravity Forms PDF
    1. Once you have installed and activated Gravity Forms and FormSafe, you can now install the Gravity Forms PDF plugin. You can do this by going to the Gravity Forms PDF website and purchasing a license. Once you have a license, you can download the plugin from your account area.
    2. Log in to your WordPress website and go to the Plugins page.
    3. Click on the “Add New” button and then click on the “Upload Plugin” button.
    4. Choose the Gravity Forms PDF plugin file that you downloaded in Step 3 and click “Install Now”.
    5. Once the plugin has been installed, click on the “Activate” button to activate it.
  • Configure Gravity Forms and FormSafe
    1. Body content –  Once you have installed and activated all the necessary plugins, you can now configure Gravity Forms and FormSafe.
    2. Go to the Gravity Forms settings page and enter your license key to activate the plugin.
    3. Create a new form or select an existing one and add the necessary fields for collecting patient information.
    4. Go to the FormSafe settings page and enter your license key to activate the plugin.
    5. Configure the settings for FormSafe, and include the specific email address and select which gravity forms form you want to have secured. 
    6. Once you’ve completed this and uploaded your license key, contact the team at formsafe by visiting our website. 
    7. They will send you a passcode that only you and your staff will have access to.
  • Configure Gravity Forms PDF
    1. Body content –  Once you have configured Gravity Forms and FormSafe, you can now configure Gravity Forms PDF.
    2. Go to the Gravity Forms settings page and click on the “PDF” tab.
    3. Click on the “Add New” button to create a new PDF configuration.
    4. Configure the settings for the PDF, including selecting the form you want to create a PDF for and customizing the look and feel of the PDF.
    5. Once you have configured the PDF settings, you can now generate PDFs of the patient information collected through your forms.
